His life had been disordered ever since he last saw her four years ago; Jay wanted it all to return to a certain staring place and go over it all slowly. He wanted Daisy to go to Tom and say: â€Å"I never loved you. † Once she would do that, then they could decide upon more practical measures to be taken. Even though he managed to win her heart; he knew that he had not won the battle yet for his Holy Grail. He wanted to â€Å"fix everything just the way it was before. † A dream that he felt was doable and in his grasp. Everything falls apart somehow, no matter who you are it falls apart in the end. For Jay Gatsby, that â€Å"foul dust† that floats around his dreams and ends it once and for all was Tom Buchanan. Tom makes Jay’s dream fall apart. They’re all in a room having a splendid time, then Tom shows his hostility towards Jay and sends everyone into turmoil. Jay tell Tom that Daisy never loved him and the only reason she married him was because Jay â€Å"was poor and she was tired of waiting† for him. Tom argues back and tells Jay that he is wrong. They both look towards Daisy and ask her what she thinks, she is frightened with the fear of both their wraths, but she starts to take Jay’s side a little. During the end of the tumult everything seemed to be going in Jay’s favor until Tom managed to shock everyone with a fact about what Jay did in his past. Jay had managed to earn his riches through illegal activities. This hit Daisy hard; Jay tried to deny everything, but Daisy knew he was lying. Sadly with every word Jay said; Daisy seemed to be â€Å"drawing further and further into herself, so he gave up, and only the dead dream fought on as the afternoon slipped away, trying to touch what was no longer tangible. † He no longer had her, his dream was no more, and all hopes had perished. The realization for Jay’s dream was that it could not happen; it was bound to fail due to Tom. If this was not enough for Jay; when it came time for his funeral to be held Daisy was nowhere to be seen. Almost as if she didn’t care and didn’t want to have anything to do with him even at his funeral. Daisy never cared for him, but she was his dream and hopes that had failed in the end; even though she lost all interest in him he still loved her and believed that he had a small fighting chance. But the fact is that in reality he had lost the battle and the Holy Grail was gone forever. Jay had a big dream, and that was to fix everything to the way that it once was and to be with Daisy; he wanted to repeat the past. CDs and DVDs are created from many different materials, including metals, plastics,and dyes. The discs are packaged in clear or colored plastic cases or cardboard boxes, wrapped inplastic, and sent to distribution centers and retail outlets around the world. If properly stored andhandled, most CDs and DVDs will last for decades, and probably centuries. Depending on theircondition, unwanted discs can be reused or recycled instead of thrown away, saving energy andvaluable resources.(Mastny, 2004) Kevin Ye Environmental impacts as a result from the various stages of compact discs Raw material extraction First step of producing the compact discs is extraction of raw material. These raw materials include aluminum, gold, silver, nickel which required mined and refinement, as well as plastic obviously. In this step, waste produced from mining is disposed of into bodies of water. Extraction of crude oil to produce plastic (for packing and the discs itself) creates waste and toxic chemicals. This metaphor is accurate in all its parts, but it is missing one important aspect and that is that failure is not the end and can only help to guide someone to make better fitted decisions. So with that in view, having the mindset of certainty is clearly a more efficient way of finding success. One could say that â€Å"having doubt is a part of human nature, that from birth we are curios [and that] to question anything and everything that we want to know more about is perfectly acceptable† (Christen, Nicole â€Å"Certainty vs Doubt†). This is only partly true due to the fact that just because doubt is part of human nature, it does not mean that it is not controllable or that it is, in a sense, the best choice between certainty and doubt because all that this idea supports  is how we as humans have to make decisions. It does not support the idea that having doubt is a better way to live one’s life than having certainty. In conclusion, despite the contradictive and also supportive qualities that both doubt and certainty have when compared to one another, believing that one can reach for something that will likely be more challenging to grasp is and will always be more gratifying in the end, even if the individual fails because it allows growth in decision making skills and one’s knowledge of their maximum abilities. Doubt does not allow an individual to reach their untapped potential because they do not find it feasibly possible and thus never attempt to see if may just be.

The idea is that people rate literacy with judgment values free of influence from any government. This could most purely be portrayed as an American farming family, living far from the nearest town or city. The children are home-schooled so now the parents’ literacy is passed to the children. But more than that, the literacy passed also â€Å"includes the awareness of the cultural heritage. † (Knoblauch) The third type of literacy noted is called critical literacy. This type stems from the Marxist theory, and is also deemed as a negative in our American society. It is the type of literacy that motivates people to urge for change in their current society. It refutes dominant organizations, and urges that all people have equal opportunities. The final form of literacy, the personal growth belief, states that language is a tool to communicate the greater inner power of the human mind. This type of literacy is connected to the way humans develop cognitive thinking. It thrives on achievement and power. This type of literacy argues for the sake of literacy itself. It wants individuals to embrace literacy and let their minds wander into their own imaginations. This is the most believable character for Warren Beaty, especially after his publicity in the last presidential election as being a possible candidate for President. Shortly after the breakdown, however, Beatys persona flips around and suddenly he no longer plays the professional senator. With the new personality, comes a new character that now tells the citizens the truth about what politics is all about. After some exposure to a different lifestyle, Bullworth now uses rapping in his new campaign of truth. Hilarious at first, the rapping soon became painful to watch and listen to. It was way over used and was too well written to be as spontaneous as the movies writers wanted you to think. The implication is highlighted in various areas- nursing practice, nursing education, nursing administration and nursing research. And also it clarifies the limitations, suggestions and gives recommendation for future study. SUMMARY OF THE STUDY The objective of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Planned Nursing Intervention on management of Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) in terms of intensity of symptoms, knowledge and attitude among college girls in a selected educational institution, Salem. Rosenstochs Health Belief Model was selected as conceptual frame work for this study. An evaluative approach, pre experimental one group pre test, post-test was used for the study. Non probability purposive sampling technique was used to select the samples and the samples size was 30. Tools were made from book references, net references and previous experiences of the researcher. Content validity obtained from 5 experts (3 nursing and 2 medical personnel) Reliability of the tool was estimated by split half method for knowledge questionnaire r= 0.82, Likerts scale by split half method r= 0.82, it shows that the tool was reliable. After which a pilot study was conducted among 3 samples. Following that actual data collection was done with the same tool. On day 1, the researcher screened 100 college girls with screening tool to know no. of them experiencing PMS. It revealed that out of 100, 64 of them had PMS, among them 30 of them were recruited as samples as majority of them had 5 or more than 5 symptoms (3 physical and 1emotional and 1 behavioural symptom). Following that from the recruited samples pre-test was done. Demographic data was collected by self report method and intensity of symptoms was assessed using (0-10) Numerical Rating Scale, knowledge was assessed with structure knowledge questionnaire and attitude of PMS was assessed using the 5 points Likerts scale. On the same day researcher taught planned nursing intervention on management of PMS for about 20-30 minutes. A pamphlet was given emphasizing on specific measures of PMS management. Along with that a pocket dairy was given to each individual t o specify the symptoms and their intensity during PMS for consecutive 3 cycles. On 15th day post-test was carried out using the same tools A concise data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics. MAJOR FINDINGS OF THE STUDY I. Demographic Variables: The analysis shows that 73.33% were in the age group of 21-25 years. Based on family monthly income 53.3%were under the category of 2001 5000 rupees. Those who attained menarche at the age group of 13-14 were 73.34% In regards to food habits 76.67% were non vegetarian. Regarding weight in kg about 73.34% were in the group of 41-60 kilogram Among samples 56.67% of them reported that their sisters had family h/o PMS. 100% says that they dont take own medications During PMS 90%says that they dont take any home remedies II. Findings related to Effective Planned Nursing Intervention: a) Intensity of symptoms: Majority of symptoms experienced by samples were (Abdominal pain, pimples, tiredness, anger, inadequate sleep, anxiety, irritability, low back pain)Least experienced symptoms were (Diff in concentrating, joint pain, calf muscle pain, breast tenderness, headache, nausea, palpitation, mood swing, withdrawal from environment, food craving, swelling of extremities, fever). Description of each symptom which was experienced by more than 10 samples were discussed as follows In pre-test abdominal pain was present for 25 samples among that 36.00% had mild pain, 28.00% had moderate pain, 28.00% had severe pain and 8.00% had intolerable pain. In I cycle abdominal pain was present for 23 samples among them 44.44% had mild pain, 44.44% had moderate pain, and 11.12% had severe pain. In II cycle 22 samples had abdominal pain, among them 45.45% had mild pain, 40.90% had moderate pain 13.64% had severe pain. In III cycle 76.19% had mild pain, 14.29% had moderate pain and 9.52% had severe pain. But is it all about fun? Have you ever wondered how many harmful effects and disadvantages do these fireworks create for the environment?. Luke admires his brothers so much because they can go to school and play with friends out side. This setting makes me feeling mysterious and depressive. Until one day, he find out there is an other shadow child in his neighbor's family.She is Jean, the creator of a chat room for shadow child ren chatting with each other. They become friends soon after they meet. Jean organizes a rally Which hundreds of shadow children are going to protest the government's population law, but Luck does not participate in the rally that day because of fear. After the rally day, Luck can not contact with Jean for a week. He is so anxious that he breaks in Jean's house. Comparing with these shadow children who are not accepted by the society, we are really lucky. This book make me occurring to China. China is a country have that population law, but not as serious as the book describes. The family who have more children in China have to pay a fine. That tel ls us each thing has its limit. If the overspent is so strict at population law, it will be a tragedy for someone.If the government do this reasonable, it will be a good thing to everyone. The major strength for reader to read this book is that the poll is very suspenseful Which you will never know what are going to happen. The weakness is that it is a sad story. Jean is dead at the end, it does not make reader feeling happy. I will recommend this book to my friends because it can tell them to treasure their life. I think if a person feels lonely and reactive by society, he can resonate with the children in the book and he will like this book.
